BIO

I grew up in a family of artists and that influence has been the basis for everything I am a part of, and has consequently lead me to develop my style and brand. So, TRUE ATELIER, is born! The word "atelier" {a-tell-yay} is French {like most ballet terminology} meaning " an artist's workroom." This is meant to include both my artistic outlets in the world of dance as well as photography. All the while, I strive to stay TRUE to what I feel is important... my family, my style, and my standard of excellence and client experience.

I'm Nicole, a wife, mother, dancer, director and co-founder of professional dance company, The Dance Collaborative. I'm also a national wedding and portrait photographer. At True Atelier I love to create images that are artfully inspired, with a style that has been described as simple, clean and elegant. I shoot high school seniors, models, engagements, bridals and weddings. I primarily serve the Treasure Valley and Eastern Idaho areas, but I am also available for commissioned travel.
